A new President for OPCE :
Arturo Fernández Álvarez.

In June 2007, OPCE has welcomed a new representative of CEIM (Madrid) as President of OPCE, Arturo Fernandez. When he became President of CEOE (the Spanish organization of entrepreneurs), Gerardo Díaz Ferrán (elected for a two year mandate as President of OPCE 2006-2008) was replaced as President of CEIM by Arturo Fernandez.

Our last OPCE congress took place in Roma on the 29th of September 2006.

The first session will be devoted to "European-Mediterranean countries. The role of capital cities for an integrated mega-market". The second session will be held on the issue "The youth entrepreneurship and the policy for self-employment in the capital cities" proposed by the OPCE working group "young entrepreneurs and managers".
